I.live in Chicago and spend the winters in Scottsdale. I have been knitting for many years and came with my own pattern for a sweater pattern I love. I went to Bonnie's to find yarn, which I did. However it was a different skein size so the woman there figured out how much yarn I would need. After knitting over the weekend I began to panic that I wouldn't have enough yarn, so I went back to get some more. This time Bonnie was there, I grabbed 4 more skeins, asked if they were returnable, which I was assured they were. In fact I said I'd save my receipt and Bonnie said not necessary since the store name is on the price market.
I finished the sweater and went to return 3 skeins of yarn at $22.00 each, and to get another project. Bonnie wasn't there but the women working there would not take the yarn back since it was now on sale. There is a sign on the front desk which I never saw and certainly was never made aware of by anyone connected with the store.
