  • Really displeased with the overall experience I had trying out Denham for the first time. I made an appointment because my regular stylist (Lee at Nadia Salon) who is AMAZING and spends over an hour on each cut, was booked solid all week. I asked the male receptionist 3 different times who would give me the best men's fade, adding that I would be willing to pay more and wait for an appointment if it meant getting a better cut. He suggested Hillary each time. I went ahead and made an appointment with her. Upon arriving, till the time I left, the entire process felt very rushed. My stylist checked her watch multiple times throughout the cut, which made me believe her focus is on booking a large volume of clients, rather than making a lasting impression. Even when I asked her to fix up something I didn't like on the cut, (which she did), she seemed to do so in a rushed manner. The whole process was so rushed that I barely got a chance to look at my fade (the whole reason I went in) which was TERRIBLY botched. I don't know what this idiotic looking zig zag pattern is on the side of my head, but it looks nothing like the picture I have her as an example, let alone what I would get at a supercuts for Pete's sake. So now I am out 35$, will have to reschedule somewhere else and pay for another haircut to get it fixed, while also working the next week at my suit and tie day job with a botched haircut.
