Thanks for the return message. It has been some time since my review and I have been out of town. I do appreciate the offer to redo my vehicle wash but in light of previous service I don't think my returning again would make any difference. With 5 or 6 washes in the past and none of them being really what I paid for I shouldn't have to write a review to get what I paid for. To your credit you did respond and I didn't make any mention of poor service previously. I think at this point the best thing you could do is provide me with a refund.

Update from 8/26. Message for Jason.
My wife stopped by the car wash today. Went through the line, paid and got the car wash. When she came out to the car it was not completely vacuumed, nor was the dash and gauge area completely wiped. She went back into the store and talked to the cashier and was told to take it back through. She spoke to Nick in the vacuum area and he was happy to run the vacuum back through it but told her that to get the gauges and console wiped down you needed to pay for a detail. Really? What is my $30.00 paying for then?
Should I not expect for someone to take 30 seconds and wipe the inside of my car down? And why is it that every visit it is the same thing? Maybe someone needs to be watching these guys to make sure they are doing what they are getting paid to do.
