| - Where to begin...the front desk person was not friendly, claiming she was not well. She was unprofessional laughing telling us about the coffee and oatmeal in the morning. Basically, telling us the service was a joke. Then we got to our room. We were told our linens wouldn't be changed because our stay was just 2 nights. The room size is fine for 2 people. But the smell was terrible. I know people cook in rooms, but sanitizing it is critical to remove the smell....of garlic. We didn't notice that the halls smelled until later. The carpet looked like it wasn't vacuumed, ever. Then, there's the bathroom. Decent toilet but the shower was moldy everywhere and a couple of tiles were broken. Pillows were the flattest and most uncomfortable. Then, there's the clientele. Do not stay here with kids. Do not come back to the hotel later in the evening. It's just too unsafe. There's no sign of security or staff half of the time, in case there was an issue. We also visited the gym. Very outdated machines - just 3 of them. There's no water in the room and a part of the ceiling, by the TV, looked like there was a leak that was never repaired. Upon check out, a lady I assume was a manager asked how was everything and my reply was, ehhhh. She didn't bother to ask me anything further. My advice is to run far away from this place. We thought to give Extended Stay an opportunity, but we'll pass on any of your locations in the future.
