  • I was there this morning and ordered a plane buttered bagel, 12 glazed donuts an oj and a bottled Coke. I order my coffee 5 sugars extra extra cream. I always ask them to Stir because the sugar ends up in the bottom and the coffee is very bitter to me. This isn't the one I usually go too anymore but was on that side of town at 6am. The person who took the order starting to argue me down that every cup is stirred so there's no need to ask. Discounting the fact that I told him there were plenty of times when I have gotten to my destination and the sugar had fallen to the bottom and night dissolved into the coffee and was extremely bitter. He continued to argue with me. I was so annoyed when reaching into the bag of donuts and they were stale at 6 in the morning....poor customer service and the food is crap. Never again will I give them my money at that location. I have been going to Dunkin Donuts since Connecticut early 90s
