rev:text	I brought my car here 11 months ago and I was told my car needed over $2000 of work done. My car is 15 years old. Being it was my only form of transportation I had the work done. My car was in the shop for weeks because they couldn't get the parts. I went to pick it up finally a few weeks later. It literally died down the street. I took it back and was told they had put in the wrong part. It was there for another week or so. The front desk called me twice to pick it up so I took the bus there just to be told they had taken it for a test drive earlier and it had died and had been towed back into the shop. It wouldn't be ready till the next day. Hopefully. I finally was able to pick up my car and it ran pretty good for about two weeks until one day it turned off on my way to work. I finally had enough and bought a brand new car. Fast forward to today after trying to sell my old car AS IS without success I decided to give Purrfect Auto another chance. The parts were still under warranty so I figured why not? What I was told was that the car needed $1,500 of parts that's WITHOUT labor. How a car that has not been driving whatsoever since being pick up from this shop can need an extra $1,500 of work is beyond my understanding!!! I'm very disappointed with the service I got here because honestly my car was in working condition when I brought it here. The only thing was that it failed the smog. After picking it up it would randomly die or not start up. It never ran the same. At this point I'm forced to just call a junk yard to pick it up and I'm out of $2000 for no reason.
