| - After reading some of these reviews, I was extremely hesitant to take any potential business here, but figured what the hell.
Based on my personal observations, yes, there are some really poor salespeople here. However, there are also some great ones. I also see some really uninformed purchasers writing reviews.
You will have more haggle power on a new car than a used one. Know your options before you go in (bank financing, in-house financing, lease, etc). It is not your salesman's responsibility to educate you. It is their responsibility to accurately represent their product and make a sale. Go in smart.
If you're looking to buy, ask for Billy. He's a straight shooter, will present you options, and work to get you in a car. That's why you're there. He'll put in the effort to make it happen. He and Edgar the finance guy put in some extra hours for me, even though I'm not an easy customer to work with.
If you're not happy with the salesperson working with you, demand a new one. It'll piss off whoever is currently working with you, but that's not your problem. Be sure to give feedback to the GM, Mark. He's putting in sincere effort to improve the service, but can't fix what he doesn't know about.
Good luck on getting the best deal!
