  • UNDERSTAFFED! My relative has had many case workers, the best ones leave quickly. it is difficult time seeing the psychiatrist even when in crisis. Many of the staff are very nice. I feel sorry for people who work here. They are being drowned with cases. It has potential, if more staff was added. I am sure it is underfunded making sufficient staffing impossible. Therefore, they probably are doing the best they can with the resources available. Too sad for those in serious need.
