  • I was somewhat skeptical about going to Pikes after reading other reviews on different sights. I would have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of assistance I receieved. I went on 3 different occasions looking for shrubs that I only had a picture of(that were already planted) and flowers that I really didn't know what I was looking for. I haven't planted shrubs in over 15 years so after 15 minutes of question I believe his name was Michael or Mitch..i can't remember, I was pretty confident. After three trips my yard is now complete. Mary Ann is awesome, not only did she lead my wife and I in the right direction with her knowledge we had fun when I had to come back to get one more shrubs when she clearly told me that I needed the extra one and to get it when I was there the first time lol. Very good people, if you don't see anyone to help you...just go to the front counter and the will get someone in maybe 2 minutes. Oh, and they have plenty of bottled water for you on those hot days...for Free!
