I originally ordered two original curries from Postmates, but when the order arrived there was only one curry. This didn't upset me, I know people make mistakes and it probably could've been the Postmates driver's fault. So I call Curry Zen, explain my dilemma and ask if I can go pick up my second order, they agree and so I head over. I walk in and as I'm waiting I make eye contact with two waitresses yet I'm not greeted, I wait a bit longer and two couples enter behind me. One of the waitresses goes up to the couples and seats them completely ignoring me. At this point I'm furious for having to drive across town to just be ignored. After seating them, they continue to ignore me until I finally go up to one of them and ask to speak to a manager. This waitress completely disregards my question and simply says "How can I help you?" I tell her I called earlier about my order being incomplete and she walks away to get my order. Finally the server comes back with my meal but I ask her that I think it would be fair if they give me a sort of credit for all the trouble they had put me through, she struggles to understand what I'm saying (there may have been a language barrier) and says no. She then calls another server to help (I'm assuming the manager). The next server is quite nice and provides me with an extra order for all the trouble, I then thank her and leave. I finally get home and when eating my curry I come to find out that it is extremely spicy though I had ordered no spice (level 3). So I end up having to throw my meal away because I tend to get sick from eating food that is too spicy. I feel as if they purposely did this for asking for some sort of compensation, which I think is ridiculous after everything they put me through. I wasted an hour and a half of my time and money that I'll never get back. I'm hoping this was just a fluke, but I hope they read this and not let some other poor soul go through what I had to.
