I scheduled a ride 24 hrs in advance for a ride for 4 from Gold Canyon Ranch to Sky Harbor Airport March 1, 2018. Uber responsed to advise me our ride was scheduled for pick up between 9-915am. At 9:16am we were informed there was no driver to transport us. We were left standing on the curb trying to figure out how not to miss our flight. A cab costs twice as much. After much stress we did make our flight. I have tried to contact Uber but there is no way to actually make a complaint when you actually dont use a driver. I will never use Uber again.
