I've been to Restaurant Progress twice since it opened and both times had a great experience. The first time we stopped in for drinks and tried a few items from the bar menu, burrata, blue corn fritters, and beet salad. It was perfect. The second time my wife and I shared the 5 course chef's choice meal and the tenderloin as well. We were surprised at how much food it was. I don't have the skill with words that the chef has with food so there's no way that I can do it justice. Just try it!
