  • The showroom is fun to look through, and the employees are nice enough. However, actually getting our furniture has been difficult and inconvenient. Upon delivery of our bed frame, the delivery guys knocked a good chunk of paint off of our front door frame. They immediately owned up to it, so it was not like they were trying to hide it or anything. However, that was the first annoyance. It turns out, the wrong bed frame size was ordered, and we had moved our work schedule around to accommodate the delivery of our bed frame on one day and the delivery of our air mattress the very next day. Now the guys from sleep number can't put together our bed since we have the wrong frame. We will have to wait for Statement Furnishings to order the correct bed frame, send people out to dismantle the delivered bed frame (while risking further damage to our home), and then have the Sleep Number people come back to assembly our bed. Although life could be a lot worse, I find the whole incident terribly irritating, avoidable, and inconvenient.
