  • Sprouts is great, I like the good variety of organic and healthier food choices, the natural beauty and health section is nice, and the prices are better than Whole Foods. I buy the organic, range free, non steroid/growth hormone/etc. chicken there which again is cheaper than WF, but doesn't stink like Trader Joes (the only con of TJ is their chicken smells rotten). They usually have a good selection of organic produce, although 3-4 "organic" stickers per apple is a little overkill. I like that they do these sales a couple times a week where it's "buy one, get one free" or "half off organic" (not all organic, but some is good). The store is clean, well stocked and organized. Staff, major CON. A lot of the workers seem really pissed off to be there, don't smile when you smile at them, or they sigh when you ask a question like you're bothering them. That's one reason I love Trader Joes, those guys can't jump fast enough to help you out or are always super cheery. We don't need to be besties Sprouts employees, but how about a small smile or friendly nod... Was that too hard now?
