  • First moved here in March of 2011, sight unseen from PA. Loved it. I was renting then. After 2 years I moved and stayed in the area living in 2 other condo complexes that were similar. I always wanted to move back to Sunscape and in 2016 that dream came true for me when I was able to purchase my first home/condo here! I love the gym. I love the pool. I love walking around the golf course. I love how close I am to my office in old town. I seriously could retire here. Also want to give a shout out to Kenny and the City property management company. He has always been quick to respond to me and been very helpful:)
