  • My fridge stopped cooling / freezing my food and after numerous calls on Saturday afternoon, this company accepted and could come out to do the repair. The diagnostic visit would be $85 if I would decide not to repair. The technician they send had only a flashlight and a screwdriver with him when he looked at my fridge. Without any special testing, he said that the compressor was not working and need to be replaced. He then said that it was not going to be repaired that same day, followed by *and it is $85* ... I was in a sort of shock, never before I had a technician coming to my house, doing a diagnosis of a failed appliance and ask for the visit only fee in less than 5 min!!! And he did not write anything down, just cashed the money...and left....
