Sigh.
Not a fan of one and two star reviews, but this was pretty bad.
All I wanted was an iced coffee. I waited 25 minutes for an iced coffee.
Total cluster.
Yes - it was busy. Yes - there were several staff members behind the counter. Yes - some of the staff members were friendly...and yes....some were not. (In their defense - some of the customers were horrifying.)
They need to re-evaluate their system. Drip coffee, iced coffee....anything that doesn't require a special mixture/concoction/barista-attention should truly get turned over quickly.
Thankfully I had time to kill before my flight.
And I paid $5 for my iced coffee.
But it's Starbucks. In an airport.
If you're in a rush...skip it.
