I came to B & C as a complete begginer with a canon t2i with a canon 70 m300IS lense. I purchased an entry level Tamron 10-24 3.5 4.5 for doing mostly landscape work. After taking B & C's photography class and tons of pictures and experiementation, the picture quality isn't hign enough for large prints. I've been looking to improve quality since. I bought a Tamron 25-75 lense and the experience was terrible. The salemans was gruf, treated an admittedly novice photographer like an idiot. I tried to return the lense within a week and another salesman talked me out of it and offered no solutionms to my quality issues.
I came back a couple weeks later really wanting to return the Tamron lense and was told all sales are final and I ddin't bring it back in time? I had, as stated two weeks before. I became so frustrated I left the store, probably for good.
I just purchased two new EF L type lenses, directly from Canon. Maybe that mid range Tamron will produce clear photos for me. B & C definately lost my business,
**The Photography Class Bill Teaches is worth the time. Thanks Bill
