  • I know there are some bad reviews here, but I had a great experience. Our 8 year old iMac stopped booting up, and we had years of valuable data on it. Within a couple days these guys diagnosed the problem, installed a new hard drive and operating system, and copied all my old files onto the new larger hard drive. It wasn't cheap ($334), but I now have a 1T hard drive, it salvaged a great computer, all our data, and it is now working fine again. I expect my kids will be able to continue to use this computer for at least another year or two. Way better outcome than throwing it in the garbage. Plus, their customer service and responsiveness was great. I highly recommend these guys. And, you get what you pay for!
