  • It never ceases to amaze me how many times this bus company says one thing and then does another. In the airline industry, we are fined if we operate even one minute late. Perhaps the city of Las Vegas should start doing the same with this bus company. Ten bucks says it would whip this sorry excuse of a public transit company into shape. I got off of the BHX at 6:05pm at the BTC and immediately walked to the southbound SDX platform. I had checked the RTCSNV app prior leaving my home, to make sure I would catch the bus with plenty of time to spare. Your own app said the next SDX was coming at 6:14pm, which would get me to the show that I spent my hard earned money to see. WRONG!!! RTCSNV managed to screw up the plans for my evening, yet again! I waited, waited, and waited for the SDX...nothing. I finally decided to check the time and 6:33pm rolls around and still no southbound SDX. By the time I got to the Paris hotel and casino, the show had already started and I was denied entry, because of YOUR bus being late!? Management and the drivers MUST be whipped into shape immediately!!! No excuses!
