  • New owner is completely unprofessional, rude and incompetent! After spending 2hrs getting a pedicure (if you want to even call it that) my friend and I were charged $30!! The salon is in horrible condition. The owner herself didn't even acknowledge my existence when I walked in because she was too busy gossiping and chatting like a school girl to run her business. Guess it wouldn't have been an issue had she not been the one that was behind the desk and responsible for greeting people! Then to top it all off, she refused to honor my friends gift certificate because it was purchased from the previous owners and had expired. Mind you the salon and gift certificate both had matching company names still and there was no expiration date on the gift certificate. So instead of doing the right thing, she proceeded to argue with my friend like a childish person and make us feel as though we should have known better! We wouldn't have even gone here for our pedicures had my friend not had this gift certificate. Unbelievable. I have gone to many salons and have had my share of bad experiences but this one by far, took the cake. Worst experience all around I've ever had.
