  • CALL ANYONE EXCEPT SUN CITY TOWING!!! Absolutely the WORST company! I was not given a choice thru Chrysler Roadside Service so had to use Sun City Towing to get my car to the dealership. I was told by dispatch that it would be 45-90 minutes, more close to 45 minutes. After 2 hours, I called for the ETA and was told 5 more minutes... The drive never apologized for being late and acted like it was an inconvenience to tow my car. He took the car to the dealership, dropped it off in the lot, left the keys in the car, unlocked and didn't tell anyone at the dealership that he brought it in. Just dropped it and left it. Completely unprofessional in EVERY way. I would sooner pay for a different company than use this one if Chrysler continues to use them.
