  • Super helpful staff.. very friendly too. I had been going to the nearby pet valu at coxwell, but I went into this Global today because it's actually a bit closer to my house. The service is way better than pet valu. Every single staff member asked me if I needed any help choosing food for my cat.. even though they all seemed very busy unpacking a shipment. I also had forgotten my loyalty card so they called the other global I used to frequent to get my customer number. They also told me that I could return the food if my cat doesn't like that-- I had no idea they had that policy. 10/10 customer service. Really impressed!
