  • Will be the last time I use their service. I made appt. for the hours 1-3 pm. I called them at 3pm after a 11 min hold the person told me I had wait for another call. When I got that call they said it will be 5pm.....2hour delayed. I called back and ask for some kind of compensation for the wait. Then I received a called from the supervisor and there was nothing they could do for me. I pray the tech will be here in 15 min.......
