  • Terrible communicator! Unorganized....strange to read they have been around for a long time. Their online test questions loaded with spelling errors. I signed up online to complete my CE requirements for renewal. The next day I received links to complete the courses. All the online CE I had done in past 12 yrs were well structured, and certs are emailed immediately. With this school, I communicated back and forth a total of six emails after ...and I still hadn't gotten my cert by the end of the day. Their # (702-454-1936) always go straight to voicemail so I was stuck communicating via email only. Save your nerves...go to Key Realty school whom I did most of my CE classes. They are a real school with more than one employee who answers calls and a school director who would walk you through your CE requirement. Having spent $130 at this school for my CEs which I only did one class (still waiting for my certificate), I ended up having to sign up with Key Realty and paid another fee for the same CEs I signed up with the school who cant seem to get this simple thing right!
