  • At the gate we loaded in time which was a plus, but it went down hill from there! We were loaded onto the plane in PHOENIX that was hit and had no air conditioning going... no airflow at all! Then once we pulled away from the ramp the "air" started circulating but was hot! We ended up sitting in the runway for 30-40 minutes waiting for take off... currently waiting! No air, and still high 90+degrees in cabin! With sweat going south from my neck down, I feel stuck!
