  • Wow. I'm shocked at lack of customer service and employees. I've heard three people say so far they ALWAYS wait at least an hour!!! Really??!! It's bad news. Update: after waiting nearly 30 minutes I asked for an update on my wait time. The employee said, oh there's 11 people before you! I responded that my original quote time was NEVER realistic. I ended up leaving.
