This is our go to place after I pick up my wife from ASU West and we're both hungry. I always order the chicken breast pho while my wife occasionally experiments with fried rice. Their pho is great and tastes even better with some sriracha sauce (make a full red circle in your bowl) and hoisin sauce (make a smiley face). If I'm really hungry, I can finish the entire bowl. Usually I leave some soup and let them take it. We're interested in trying their macarons since I've only tasted Napoleon Bakery (which is fabulous), but they didn't have any the last few times we've been there. It probably doesn't help we usually stop in there during the week well after normal dinner time. Pho always comes out quick if you're hungry and can't wait. I've noticed their other dishes take more time.
I like how they make their broth from chicken stock since we don't eat beef. I think one time they ran out and used vegetable broth. It tasted okay, but chicken broth tastes much better. It tastes healthy too. You can't ask for much more when getting "fast" vietnamese food.
