  • This is my father's favorite restaurant, so of course we had to come for father's day dinner! My family and I prefer this location compared to the Venetian Canal Shop's location. Hilda was our server and she was a pleasure to order from! I have ordered the white wine linguine in the past and the penne al a vodka this time around. I will say I preferred the linguine and I can't wait to order it again in the future. Granted, both dishes were DELICIOUS. The one draw back is I love angel hair pasta and it is not an option on the menu nor as a pasta substitute. I also ordered the Morning Spritz cocktail which is an Italian staple. Trattoria always prepares it just right, with it being the perfect bitter to sweet ratio... not to mention how refreshing it is! The best summer cocktail in my opinion, so good that I wish it came in a bigger glass! For desert I ordered the carrot cake which had beautiful layers of cream cheese frosting. It was a lovely end to my meal and I saved half of it for later!!
