  • The only reason I don't give Sip 5 stars is that the parking lot is so small that sometimes you have to park across the street and walk, which is a bummer. But other than that, this place is great!! The staff is really wonderful and friendly. I love how there are many different types of seating arrangements, some good for meetings, others for working on your computer, and others for just hanging with friends. They have great cold brew and a fantastic beer selection.
