  • Folks..Honey hut is a legendary place, Philly has Philly Cheesteak, we have Slymans..and Honey hut...I have been going there as long as I can remember..sadly, the Ice Cream is still awesome and they know it..so, I ordered a hot caramel sunday..medium, $4. and change...yet, you get last years small at last years medium...PLUS the strawberry shortcake always came in a silver container with 2 cakes on the bottom..well..they had what was either homemade or from a bakery as they were outstanding.then they switched to the round boring cakes from The makers of twinkes i think..But, Ok because the star is the ice cream...while pricey then..was worth it..this year..you get HALF of that in a cup for the same price..sad...I never begrudge someone making money..but, there is a point when enough is enough...well..you have reached that H.H...As I review this...I am eating my tiny cup of ice cream with a tiny dab of caramel and a huge glob of canned whipped cream..at the old medium cost...folks... please, stop over pricing your ice cream...even the ice cream has lost something...maybe just the bad taste from how much I paid for 2 sundays and a malt...smh...
