Since my last review:
Still lazy, still slow, and the people at the that work here need to be willing to get off their butts and help.
Today I went through one line to handle one issue, then sent to an automated kiosk (for something I know they could have done manually), then sent to another line.
Both things I did there could have been handled by the first employee (PO box payment and pick up mail).
This system is so broken it's not even funny.
