  • So disappointed 1) bell desk doesn't even offer to take you or your bags to your room. 2) our "Resort view" from our room was rocks 3) rooms are old & not updated 4) Staff at the bar were doing shots & had stained shirts, very Trashy 5) Air conditioner didn't work in our room so I couldn't sleep 6) Spa is very small and dated This was our 6 year Anniversary and it was a good thing i was able to get past the hotel and enjoy my husband
