I've been going to Mira Pilates for over 6 years off and on - only off when I moved away from the studio and while traveling for business, but when I'm back "on" my body never feels better. Miranda provides a challenging workout (bring a towel - you will sweat!) but it's always safe, controlled and fun, focusing on the unique muscles and balance that only Pilates exercise provides. It's my favorite workout and Miranda knows how to get results... even when I'm sore for days, it's the best kind of sore and I go back for more! She's also incredibly knowledgeable in offering suggestions and customizing a workout for body pains, issues or struggles so you never worry about injury or stress on the body. Great classes, great instruction.
