| - I went to Cooper Family Dentistry a total of 5 times, two of which were to have them fix problems they created. The first two were great experiences. My mouth was healthy, clean and they took great care in making sure my x-rays were up to date.
The third time I visited, at my 6 month cleaning, the dentist (not my previous dentist, they pulled a switch on me) explained that she thought I had cavities. Not one cavity, but 5 cavities... This is just after I was told 6 months prior that my teeth are "strong and very healthy".
The fourth time was for the surgery. The dentist shot me up, and went to work. While she was drilling through my teeth, she actually said "this new drill bit cuts like butter"... I should have run out at that point... After the surgery, I was informed that they were incorrect about the total number of cavities, I only had 4...
I had to return a week later because my mouth was starting to hurt. They went in with local numbing agents and drilled away, trying to fix their horrible job. After all of this, I have molars that are super sensitive, with a gap that feels like the width of the Grand Canyon.
Since then, I am getting more re-corrections done at another practice. I must warn anyone thinking of using Cooper, to do your homework. And ask yourself how easy it is to regrow teeth... Not very likely...
