I have to agree with a previous post about the used car approach. Last night I inquired online about a price on a basic fridge for a rental property, I get an e-mail back wanting me to call them so they could ask me some questions.
Why do I need to call? I saw the thing on their web site so I know what i'm inquiring about.
It just seemed like the same sales approach the car dealers use. I finally did get a price after I wrote back and said there are dozens of other places I can go and the price I got was about $100 more than Lowes plus a $30 delivery fee.
I think Spencers has got to big for their pantaloons
