  • This is the worse worse hair salon I hv been.....I am usually very easy to please and are not picky but I feel need to write this review to share my personal experience... Completely new to scottsdale , but have used the fantastic sam in another state and thought it shd be the same everywhere else....what can go wrong w a trim, right? The salon was completely empty, zero customer at around weekday noon.....the hairstylist did not smile and asked for phone number....a quick wash which did not feel clean and she is down to trimming....there was no layering..she merely used her scissor , lined up the back of my hair w her fingers and cut...even I can do that???? Worse, in less than five minutes, done! Hair was left dripping wet from the wash and she said it is done...I was shocked and asked if you at least blow dry a little..she replied blowdry will be twenty six dollars....cOme on! Do you not at least semi blow dry not only for the comfort of the customer but at least decency so I hv a half decent look walking out of the salon, instead of complete wet hair ..what happen to walking out of a salon looking and feeling beautiful? Oh my god, the hairstylist could not care less, never engage in conversation nor eye contact...she did not give a shit! Poor service, poor quality hairstylist and Please do not go just bec they charge fourteen dollars for cut....I will never return...... Now I hv to find another salon to re do ........
