  • When housekeeping doesn't keep house. When it takes someone three days to unplug your tub and bathroom sink. When someone with access to your room rekeys your combination to luggage, it's time to leave. Never again. Sticky floors and lackluster attitudes. Had to get help at the next hotel to break into my luggage. Two business trips and it's ruined. Go next door to Springhill Suites, they give first class service.
