rev:text	**Edit- I was recently contacted by the owner and was incredibly satisfied with her level of customer service. This is a beautiful facility with friendly staff. I will be returning in hopes that a new waxologist will be a better fit for me. I decided to come to LunchboxWax since my long time wax girl moved out of state. My first visit was okay. I noticed that I had some patches of hair remaining but I let it go as I assumed that the girl was new to waxing based off of how she was acting and speaking to me. I went back yesterday for my second appointment and I could not be more disappointed. I waited for 25 minutes in the lobby after my appointment time. I didn't think anything of it as I have worked in a similar type of job. Although, once I got in the room everything was EXTREMELY rushed. Today, I am left with many patches of hair on my legs and knees. She was in such a hurry to make her next appointment, there was wax everywhere. It was on the bottom of my feet, stuck all over my legs and on my shoes that were not even near the table. There were a bunch of areas on my thighs that were not even touched.. and I am highly unsatisfied. I have been getting waxed for years and this was by FAR my worst experience. I will not be referring any friends or family.
