rev:text	Yesterday I was kicked out of the swimming pool by The Mirage hired bullies because they said it was under repair until March of 2018 (which they never tell you when booking). I was totally humiliated when they literally sent out five security guards that looked lIke thugs to force me out for being in the swimming pool. I'm disabled and it was really difficult to even get into the pool because they make you climb stairs but their reasoning was that the pool was closed as of last Sunday until next march in 2018 (which I had no idea when I made these reservations that I would not be able to use the swimming pool). I've traveled some and this is the worst hotel I've ever had to stay in: the rooms are old broken down (the TP dispenser is 3 feet behind the commode); the delivery is very limited and very carb oriented; there is smoking everywhere so even if you don't smoke you may have to smoke; the casino doesn't have anybody even sitting at the tables playing. If you have to get anywhere and you're disabled forgot about it I literally had to hire a wheelchair just to get around because everything on the Strip is made far far away from each other. The wifi does not work half the time; my phone is broke and even when I use it to call room service they can't hear me and I can't hear them. My advice to you if you want a good experience in Las Vegas is stay at one of the newer hotels at least when you pay money for them you'll get what you paid for hopefully as opposed to this old Relic which is just literally broken down. DO NOT STAY AT THE MIRAGE.
