  • I stayed here with my girlfriend for three weeks during the summer. The staff were all extremely polite and seemed eager to help. Never once did I encounter any staff member being less than stellar. The location seems fairly nice, being located roughly a 15-20 minute walk from the strip . The rooms were also very clean, despite having some questionable design choices, such as a jacuzzi (which seemed more like a bathtub) located directly in the middle of our stairway in our 2-story room. The pool(s) can get rather dirty. The main pool seems to be mostly for show, with seemingly arbitrary operating hours. The second pool was closed for construction. This left the third pool our only option most of the time. The dirt from the grounds, and the bark from their decorative trees are just some of the abundant debris you'll find floating in the pool some days. While the rooms are clean, some of them have noticeable signs of wear. Paint coming off the doors, small holes in the ceiling, and sides having been torn off the rugs are all some of the defects I noticed in my room. The stairway outside leading up to our room also had a loose step which almost made me and my girlfriend trip during our first ascent, which makes me question how often maintenance is conducted Ultimately, the largest complaint I have is the wi-fi. Charging $13 for a 24-hour period, per device, is ridiculous...if it even works. From my experience, if you have a room located on the outskirts of the resort, good luck with getting the wi-fi to work even after you paid the ridiculous fee. I couldn't help but feel like I was being exploited when I required to use the wi-fi. The blatant cash-grab for something as simple as wi-fi (that most resorts would consider complimentary) left a sour taste in my mouth for the whole facility. In conclusion, while my negative list was fairly long, I still give this place 4-stars. It's clean, safe, and the staff were all extremely nice and welcoming to us. If you can live with being charged $13 per 24 hours per device for wi-fi, and some noticeable wear to the facility, then I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a cheap place to stay in Vegas.
