  • I have not had the best experience with this apartment complex. Our unit has had an ongoing roach problem for some time now. The office managers are understanding and personable; however, it takes a long time for anything to get done. For example, if you want to get your unit sprayed, you must plan it a week in advance. Also for any maintenance issues, I have found it difficult to get in contact with the office managers via phone. Rarely, do they pick up or return your messages. You will have to walk down to the office and speak to them face to face. Our apartment definitely has its fair share of problems because I think a lot of the appliances, etc are outdated. We've had more than one leak under the sink, a broken stove, broken garbage disposal, etc. It may take the maintenance crew a few days to get around to fixing what needs to be done. As for the roach issues, the office was in no rush to pin point the problem in a timely manner. The roaches were coming up through our drains and our pipes, beyond our control. The pest control company the complex uses does not offer permanent solutions to the roach infestations. They would not go in a "flush and dust" our pipes, only bomb and spray the apartment (which is a temporary fix--it scatters the roaches and eventually they will just come back). Other units in this complex have had these same roach issues, so I know it is not just our unit.
