Bought a pair of progressive bifocal glasses recently - no one bothered to check that the prescription was accurate. No surprise we returned them today (under the Lenscrafters 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee). Two on-site optometrists confirmed the prescription was wrong. In all, it took 3.5 hours to get a refund (including waiting for the optometrists, checking the glasses, etc.) Even after that, they wanted to keep talking about it! Now that I read the other reviews, I see not too many people are happy with the service from this store. Ridiculous.
