  • I have been going to Echo for over 6 months now. I initially wanted to set up an appointment with John after a friend recommended him, but since he was all booked, I went with Susan. Since then, Susan has been my stylist of choice. She is very pleasant, smart, skilled and easy to work with. She understands what I want just from looking at photos or my explanation (which is usually very confused as I'm confused myself). I got highlights done from her and they look amazing! She had great inputs about what color to choose and what style would suit my face etc. I recently cut my hair short and she made it look adorable. I have stopped counting how many compliments I got from people about my hair. The other people working here are really nice too. The salon is very clean and pleasant and prices are great as well. The best thing about this place -- prices don't change according to your hair length. My haircut is always $40 before tip.
