  • The office staff is not nice or helpful, they also are not well trained for they will all tell you different things regarding your apartment/bills. Also every time you walk into the office they seem immediately annoyed you need their attention. There are spiders everywhere on the balconies, in the elevators, and in the hallways and you can hear the train every night at 3 am. The apartments seem to be nice and cheap with a great location but they are not what they seem.
