  • I had never been to this location but was looking for a place to get some work done that wasn't too far from nyc station. The ambiance was good.. seemed like a good place to study as there were lots of tables and it was not busy. My friend and I ordered but as I was telling the cashier which toppings I wanted, she kept throwing out guesses at which ones I wanted and kept interrupting me as if she was trying to get me to leave them alone asap. We sit down, and the wait was unreasonably long. The workers took a 10 minute break to laugh around and had acknowledged us waiting. Finally after maybe 15 minutes? The drinks came and the same cashier who had been interrupting me spilled the drink on me. My laptop was almost ruined. Drinks were good but usually they would offer something to compensate for the inconvenience? Staff seemed very unprofessional. The wifi was also terrible.
