  • I was at a wedding yesterday at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort in Phoenix and had about 45 minutes to eat before our event. Emily and I went over to Gallagher on a recommendation from the event manager at the hotel. We sat down at the bar and were greeted right away, we had two waters to drink and they served them in big glasses which I always love ( I am a big water drinker) The menus came and we asked the bartender her favorite items. She suggested the San Antone Chicken. Wow I was very impressed for 12.99 I got Two boneless chicken breasts, grilled and basted with BBQ sauce, topped with diced bacon, diced tomato, melted monterey jack cheese, and green onions. Served over a chipotle cream sauce. I was really impressed with the food, very moist chicken cooked perfectly. The combination of the BBQ with the chicken and melted cheese was awesome. My sides were veggies and a twice baked potato that was really tasty Emily had a burger that looked really good, and I had one of her cris cut fries, yum! I give this place 4 stars for how quickly they got us in and out, and since the bartenders two favorite items were a hit, a big thanks to her also! If i am ever back in this area I will be back.
