  • The chocolates are delicious, but I'm disappointed every time I try their ice cream. I really want to love this place since it's organic and local, but I don't understand how everyone loves their ice cream. It certainly tastes homemade...as in it has that waxy texture of poorly made ice cream where the fat has turned to butter. That frozen fat coats your mouth and throat and masks any of the organic flavours the ice cream is supposed to have. The flourless cake they offer is similarly full of hardened chunks of fat and tastes dry like it's been there for weeks. I would suggest just sticking to chocolates which is obviously what they're good at.
