  • Good ice cream but some work to do on the operations. Get ready for a long wait regardless of the line length, the workers don't seem to know how to make ice cream orders in a reasonable amount of time. In a line of about 4, I waited over 10 minutes. When I asked for a lid for my shake, the young man said they don't have them. Every customer was asked by the employees if they had paid, no organization whatsoever. Could be a great business, but the owners need to do some work on training of staff. With another new ice cream shop opening across the street in a few weeks, hope they get their act together.
