We booked a suite here months ago for a bachelorette party. The confirmation clearly states that check-in is 3:00. As of 4:30 we are still waiting for our room, which means that we need to cancel our dinner reservations and are unable to find another restaurant to accommodate us due to the furry convention. All of that would be bad enough, but the hostess Melissa was so incredibly rude to us. At no point were we difficult or argumentative- we were simply trying to identify a plan B so we knew how to proceed with our plans for the evening. She was rolling her eyes and raising her voice at us, telling us she would "try" to "accommodate our requests"... We had no requests, other than the fulfillment of the reservation we made months ago! If nothing else, we needed direction on how to anticipate the rest of the evening. Never have I ever been treated so rudely by someone in the service industry.
With that being said, the manager was very accommodating, even offering free cocktails to our group. He was able to find a different suite for us as of 5:00, and offered us a 10% discount. The room is large with a sitting area and kitchen, and clean.
